Neil took Natasha to the Chart House located along the Hudson River on January 28, 2013 to celebrate her Birthday.
Later that evening after enjoying their dinner he escorted her to the Skyline room reserved just for the 2 of them.
There they sat and enjoyed a slideshow recap of the journey they started a few years prior.

Towards the end Neil dropped to one knee and asked Natasha - "Will you Marry Me?"
With tears in her eyes and a joyful smile she said "YES !!!"
