ICA Inaugural Gala 2013
The Indo-Caribbean Alliance (ICA) held their inaugural gala on Friday, June 7th 2013.
This event payed special tribute to honorees who embody their mission by demonstrating exemplary commitment and leadership to civic advocacy, social justice and youth empowerment.
